Next, visit the burning mountain of Yanardag (entrance included) on the Absheron peninsula wherein the land burns due to natural gas reserves. It is one of the most unique phenomena to witness! Later, head for a photostop to the Heydar Aliyev Centre (entrance NOT included) boasting architectural brilliance inspired by the landscapes of Azerbaijan and marvel at displays in the Vintage Car Museum (entrance NOT included).

Savour a delicious breakfast and leave for a spectacular tour of Qobustan. Explore the famous rock petroglyphs featuring thousands of rock boulders with engravings at the cultural reserve and delve into its history. From hunting scenes, people, ships, constellations and animals, you will witness intriguing drawings from the pre-historic era here! Later, head to the rare Mud Volcanoes along the coast of the Caspian Sea that are still active. End your exciting day with a visit to the historical Bibi Heybat Mosque and return to your hotel in Baku for a cosy overnight stay.
