After healthy breakfast, start your journey towards Tawang. While on the way to Tawang, you would be passing through the scenic Sela Pass, the only way that connects Tawang district of the state to the rest of the country. Besides its geographical importance Sela Pass is breathtaking place always covered in snow providing some beautiful views of the eastern Himalayan range. Also visit the PTSO Lake, which is a beautiful water body surrounded by breathtaking hills and mountains, and Nagula Lake which is a frozen lake and is a must visit when travelling to Arunachal. The evening brings to you a few hours of leisure, to spend as you like. You can visit the local markets and streets, indulge in some shopping and try the local cuisine. Today, after breakfast get ready for Tawang Sightseeing. Visit Tawang Monastery, which is the largest monastery in India and the second largest in the world, Singsur Ani Gompa, is one of the most beautiful nunneries in Tawang and houses 30 nuns, and the Craft Centre, which provides a sneak peak into the traditional art and culture of the place. A recent addition to Arunachal Pradesh tourism is the Tawang Ropeway, wherein one can take a cable car ride and have a look at Tawang from a height of 900 feet. After a delicious breakfast, we will proceed to Bomdila . En-route visit Nuranang Falls (also known as Bong Bong Falls). Upon arrival at Bomdila, check-in to your hotel & later some of the big monasteries of Arunachal like Gontse Gaden Rabgyel Lling Monastery and ThubChog Gatsel Ling Monastery.
